The hours can be used for the tasks you agree with us. This can be design, app advice, development, PPC optimisations, and SEO activities. We aim to offer flexible support within a guaranteed numbers of hours purchased from us. 

We’ll raise an invoice to be paid in advance of the month’s work. 

To offer the discounts on the support packages, we ask for a 3 months commitment, then 1 month’s rolling notice. This allows us to ensure we have the people available to support you when you need it

We use a digital project tool where we track tasks, designs and our suggestions for improving the site. This means no routing through email and clear transparency on what tasks are in progress with us. You can call us on our dedicated support telephone line, book a online meeting with us through a booking system, or put the tasks directly into the project tool where we’ll pick them up from you. 

We do our very best to understand the urgency and importance of tasks, and do our best to turn around tasks as quickly as we can. We know moving quickly is key to offering great Shopify support. Development tasks are typically turned around in a few days.
